The PowerChurch Mailroom is an add-on option to PowerChurch Plus that makes it easy to prepare and qualify your mailing for the best postal discounts available.
PowerChurch Mailroom will guide you through your bulk mailing preparation and generate all the proper paperwork and required forms for you. To ensure that you are never behind on the latest postal requirements and rate-saving discounts, you will receive a DVD with updated postal data files approximately every two months.
Just like PowerChurch Plus, the PowerChurch Mailroom is fully networkable, right out of the box. That means that the large USPS data file (over 2 GB worth!) can be installed in a central location and shared for all workstations where PowerChurch Plus is installed. As always, there are no additional charges for multiple users accessing the software!

Address Standardization
The PowerChurch Mailroom puts your mailing list through a process called CASS certification. This is a process where your entire mailing list is updated to the latest postal standards. Address spellings are corrected, abbreviations standardized, +4 digits added to ZIP codes, and each address is verified as a valid delivery address. You can review uncertified entries to determine why they failed the certification process and make corrections if needed. The certification process is easy because it is built right into PowerChurch Plus. There is no need to import and export your data to a second program and it understands your PowerChurch Plus data without any additional configuration. Since you run the CASS certification process yourself, you can CASS certify your data prior to each mailing. It's up to you!

Postal Presorting
The PowerChurch Mailroom adds a new option while printing mailing labels in PowerChurch Plus. An assistant walks you through the whole process of preparing your mailing to take to the post office. Simply tell it the size and weight of your mail piece, what post office you are taking it to, and what rates your mailing qualifies for. The PowerChurch Mailroom will then determine the number and sizes of trays needed, print the mailing labels in the correct order, and calculate the total postage costs as well. It even prints bar-coded sack and tray tags and all the required USPS printed documentation including the postage statements and qualification reports.

- 2500 pieces per week (10,000 per month), the cost is $799 per year
